Savjet i Upravni odbor Radio-televizije Crne Gore ne prihvataju neshvatljivu i pravno neutemeljenu odluku generalnog direktora RTS-a Aleksandra Tijanića i sadašnjeg predsjednika Upravnog odbora UJRT-a, da ne potpiše dokument kojim se verifikuje rezultat glasanja festivala “Evropesma-Europjesma”.

U reagovanju Savjeta, navodi se da je stručni žiri festivala na zakonit način proglasio za pobjednika grupu “No nejm”, predstavnika Radio- televizije Crne Gore.

Na taj način Alksandar Tijanić je zloupotrijebio položaj predsjednika Upravnog odbora UJRT-a i ignorisao funkciju zajedničkog organa Radio- televizije Crne Gore i Radio- televizije Srbije, čime je obesmišljeno njegovo dalje postojanje.

Zbog toga Savjet i Upravni odbor RTCG traže od odgovarajućih tijela Evrovizije da zaštite zakonitost izbora i pravo učešća crnogorskog predstavnika na Eurosongu u Atini.

Iz CG sam ali glasam za to da Flamingosi idu na Eurosong jer stvarno ove izmanipulisane No nejmovce ne mogu ocima vidjet (a vjerujte mi i glupi su ko noc!!). Jedino sto mi smeta su izjave srpskog zirija koji tvrde da su kao oni glasali objektivno. Ma svi su glasali za svoje ali Srbijanci nisu slutili da ce ovi "nasi" biti bas toliko bezocni.Inace, sistem glasanja je kriv za sve

videlo se da ni oni nisu znali sta ih je snaslo, a vec kad su iz cg hteli da naprave prevaru trebali su da urade kako treba!

Napisao sam jednu pismo gospodinu Stockselius:u evo sta pise:

Dear mister Stockselius,

I want to say something that has nothing to do whith the voting in Ser&Mo but about the music band who will represent us, as u know last year they want to ESC whith montenegrin flag and said that they represent Montenegro, they did not mention Serbia & Montenegro thous we are still togheter, althougt montenegro is not an independent country they still want to go to Athens whith montenegrin flag and represent only Montenegro thous we are still toghether as one country or federation whith of 2 countries. As u know the singers in the group Flamingosi is both Serbian and Montenegrin, they would not only represent one country as the group No Name, they would represent Serbia & Montenegro whith SCG Flag as Zeljko Joksimovic did 2004, and by reading this u can see that the members of group No Name is behaving like Nationalistic, we in Serbia feel discriminated. As u could see on RTCG website they also wrote that No Name is going to represent Montenegro, they did not mention Serbia & Montenegro. They are also showing a propaganda clip on their tv, u can see it here:

In that clip they said: Born under our sun. No Name has a name = Made in Montenegro. For me that sounds little nationalistic, and i think u would also say so, they never mention Serbia & Montenegro but only Montenegro. We can not let a nationalistic singers to go and destroy a beautiful contest like this that is held only one time per year. I have not read the ESC rules but i think u forbid nationalistic things and politics in that contest.

As u can see on many European websites people from bosnia, croatia, Macedonia, Greece, Romania and some other european countries is dissapointed at what happened and supports Flamingosi to go to Athens. One good reason to send Flamingosi is because one singer i from montenegro and one from serbia so there is nothing nationalistic whith that band.

U can atlease approve that we have an new contest where people in Montenegro would televote separatly and people in Serbia separatly and then to put toghether televotings from both countries, that would be fair. Because there is 0.6 mil Montegerin people and 8 mil Serbs so it would not be fair to use only one voting because Montenegrins would not have any chance to vote because there are many more Serbs than them but separate voting vould solve the problem and then just put toghether that 2 votings and see the results.

U got to help the poeple of Serbia & Montenegro, its not their fault that some corrupt politics want to destroy the music, we dont care about politics, this news has got more attraction in our country than death of Slobodan Milosevic, that is a proof we dont care about politics and the past but only about the future and the good in it, we had enought whith sanctions - we want to show the Europe that music is the life for us not some bad politicans that ruins our lifes every time and separates us from the rest of Europe by doing things that gives us sanctions.

I hope u understand why the group No Name cant go to Athens, because they are acting Nationalistic and saying that they are only representing Montenegro and go there whith montenegrin flag, we from Serbia feel discriminated because we are still one country.

I dont know if the boys are manipulated or if they are paid to do it but something is it.

I know the last thay is the 20 March and we have very little time so please exapand our time or act quiqly because we would really like someone which would represent Serbia & Montengero and they name is Flamingosi, the true and real winners, whole ex-yugoslavia audience wants them, even Greek people want to see them in Athens but also many Montenegrin people.
